• The student rate applies to undergraduate (Bachelor level) full-time students only. Students studying at Masters or PhD level are NOT eligible for this discount. To proceed with student registration, you must complete a student verification form, have it signed and stamped by an official of your university and upload it during the registration process.
• The LMIC rate applies to delegates who are living or working in low and lower-middle income countries, based on the classification system of the World Bank. Please see the list of countries and their classifications here.
• EAPC members: to avail of the discounted fee you must register using the code provided by your national association. EAPC has sent a code to all individual members.
• Persons registering as EAPC members will be added to the EAPC membership database.
• If you register for the congress as a non-EAPC member, and then subsequently become an EAPC member, you will not be eligible for a refund of the difference.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation before Midnight (CET) 14 February 2025 – A Refund of 30% of fees paid will be available.
• Cancellation from 15 February 2025 – No refund available, you may nominate an alternative delegate to attend.
